Itinerary
NJP/Bagdogra – Gangtok –(3N)– Darjeeling–(2N)– NJP/Bagdogra
Upon arrival at NJP railway station or Bagdogra airport, you will be warmly received and transferred to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. Enjoy the scenic drive through winding mountain roads and lush greenery as you ascend to this charming hill station. Check into your hotel and relax, soaking in the fresh Himalayan air and tranquil surroundings.
After breakfast, explore tour of Gangtok’s prominent attractions including MG Marg—the bustling heart of the city—with shops and cafes. Visit Tashi Viewpoint for panoramic views of the Kanchenjunga range, Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok temples perched on hilltops offering stunning vistas. Explore the tranquil Enchey Monastery and Do Drul Chorten stupa, significant religious landmarks. Discover Tibetan culture and history at the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, and conclude with a visit to Rumtek Monastery, a major center of Tibetan Buddhism.
After breakfast, embark on a memorable excursion to the glacial Tsomgo Lake (approx. 38 km), known for its pristine blue waters nestled amidst the mountains. Enjoy the serene beauty and, optionally, a yak ride around the lake. Proceed to the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, dedicated to the legendary soldier, set against a stunning mountain backdrop. Return to Gangtok in the evening for a leisurely night stay at Gangtok.
After breakfast check out from hotel, Proceed from Gangtok to Darjeeling (6730 ft approx.). On arrival, Check in at the hotel. Overnight stay.
Starting time: Early morning (if you are to see the sunrise) Destination: Tiger Hills, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and others. Description of the tour: Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8482 Ft / 2586 meters at around 4 AM) to see the sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half-day sightseeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan MountaineeringInstitute (Closed on Thursday), Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (Ticket cost not included & will be approx INR 180.00 per person and is closed on 19th of every month) Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (Closed on Sunday) panoramic view of Tea Estate. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Today after breakfast, Check-out from the hotel and proceed from Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport (IXB)/NJP (Railway Station)/Siliguri (for onward journey. End of Tour with Memorable Moments….

- Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance but less than 20 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
- No shows and cancellations made 0 to 10 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
- In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
- Cancellation due to train or flight delay/ flight cancellation/ missed or due to any personal, health or family issues, 100% amount would be charged.
