Today morning after breakfast, proceed for an excursion trip to Dhanaulti and Mata Surkanda Devi Temple. Places to cover in Dhanaulti will be eco-parks and aloo farms. These places boost of small forest patches, adventure activities and marvellous sunset views respectively. 6 Kms ahead lies one of the major shakti peeths called Surkunda Devi. According to the “legends of Sati”, when Lord Shiva wandered with the corpse of sati, the head of her fell upon this place thus giving it a name of Surkunda.
